The author of the article wants the development of free markets shows a situation in Jamaica. Through a statement, the author explains how the Jamaicans are lacking “dogs” which he explains through the example of the poor jamaican and his bike. He cant use his bike because the dog is broken which is the local term for the broken small part of the wheel assembly. The main point is that they cannot repair their laptops because they cannot afford it so giving them laptops is pointless. If they do not have the main parts for the full product, they cannot do it. They need help and we must help them. I agree with the author on his idea to help the people out.
