Air Ambulance

Ever wondered what would happen to you if you had a sudden medical crisis in middle of a vacation, or somewhere across the world where health care wasn’t the best? Most probably your answer would be cynical, and straightforward just for the main reason that you would be less capable of recovering as fast as you would in a highly developed country with really effective Medicare. No fear, as Air ambulance takes your worries away, because they have created a system of service which will bring medical attention on spot, no matter where you are in the world. Yes, you read that right, and AeroCare brings you emergency and non-emergency Medicare 24 hours a day.Their philosophy is simple, and that is treat any patient like their family member, and cure them as fast as they can. Very skilled crews who know the real meaning of caring.

Holy crap, Microsoft is going down by a group attack

Okay, this has gone out of control. Google has combined with Myspace, and Bebo(the largest social media ) to combine and open a large network of people which will be renamed as “Open Social”.  The “open social” network will consists of easy access to all the members, which is like 200 million +. Google said that this will pressure facebook, and even drop its standards. However, Google wasn’t a meanie, it even invited facebook to join the biggest, and the largest network of social media, which will dominate. Google who owns Orkut, will team up with Bebo, Myspace, and facebook, if it agrees.

“The most important principle about openness is that everyone is invited to join,” said Eric E. Schmidt, Google’s chief executive.

Wow, this is crazy, all the networks are allowed to join. Microsoft and yahoo are missing out big time on this.

Other members of the alliance include Friendster, Hi5, LinkedIn, Plaxo and Ning, as well as the business software makers Oracle and Salesforce.com. The creators of several of the most popular programs on Facebook, including Slide, RockYou, iLike and Flixter, have announced their intention to write programs conforming to the OpenSocial standards.

iFloor- $1,000,000 in warranty

iFLOOR has unveiled nearly a 1,000,000 dollars for the satisfaction of their customers. They have done this to satisfy to custmers, and applies to customers who were denied by their seller for a warranty protection. Satisfaction is what iFloor tends to look for within their customers, and they reserve the right to seek legal justice on behalf of their customers.

iFLOOR, America’s largest online flooring retailer, today announced a $1,000,000 limited warranty designed to protect its customers from predatory manufacturer policies that exclude warranty coverage from online purchases.

The policy, which goes into effect immediately, offers up to one million dollars of coverage in the event that a customer’s warranty claim is denied specifically because they made their purchase online. It is complimentary for every iFLOOR customer, and protects the buyer under the same terms as the original product warranty.

iFLOOR, Inc. CEO, Steve Simonson, came up with the program to combat “scare tactics” used by manufacturers of hardwood floors and laminate flooring. “Their idea is to discourage you from buying at a discount!” wrote Simonson in his blog “It’s About Flooring”. “This is not right! You deserve to save money! So we’re going to take care of this problem once and for all.”

And it would appear that federal law is on his side. Section 108 of the 1975 Magnuson-Moss Act, states that, “In general, tie-in sales provisions are not allowed. Such a provision would require a purchaser of the warranted product to buy an item or service from a particular company to use with the warranted product in order to be eligible to receive a remedy under the warranty.”

Under iFLOOR’s new warranty, a key provision allows for iFLOOR to “seek justice” on behalf of the customer in the event of legal action. According to Simonson, “I’m putting iFLOOR’s money where my mouth is.”

Fed chops key interest rate by another quarter point.

Fed are really expecting that sizzling Christmas gift because they chopped another quarter point. Fed sees the housing cycle decline faster than the toilet flush, so they decided that they would not handle this pressure, and pain in their knees. The move, was to reduce short-term rates by a quarter point to 4.5 percent, was aimed at preventing the meltdown in housing from crippling the rest of the economy.

Well, so what happened?

Oil prices surged nearly 4 percent and gold futures were up about 1 percent. The dollar modestly weakened against other major currencies.

The worst is yet to come.

Fed officials and private economists alike have predicted that the housing market has yet to hit bottom. Housing starts in September were down 31 percent from the year before. Sales of existing homes have dropped 30 percent since their peak in 2005, and the supply of unsold homes last month reached its highest level in more than 19 years.

The housing market is going to go more down than ever. If you got the cash. Buy your house now with all the incentives :D
